Delete your account.

From the game

1. Open Settings and choose Account.
2. Select Delete account.
3. Read the warning and enter the public player code shown on the confirmation screen.
4. Confirm the request. The game displays the scheduled deletion date and grace period.

Account deletion covers progress in every realm. Delete this realm role is a separate option that removes only the selected realm role.

Signing back in during the grace period keeps the account and cancels the scheduled deletion. If you want deletion to complete, do not sign back in during that period.

Without the app

Email support@lazydevsagency.com with the subject Hearthlight Saga account deletion. Include your public player code, if known, and say whether you want the entire account or a particular realm role removed.

We will need to verify that the account belongs to you before acting. Do not send passwords, login verification codes or payment-card details.

What deletion means

The deletion process removes the account’s associated profile, saved progress and linked game records covered by the request. Purchase, security or other records may need to be retained where required by law or to resolve transactions and disputes. Contact support for details about your request.

Removing the app alone does not request deletion of a cloud account. Deleting a game account does not cancel a store subscription: cancel any subscription through Apple or Google separately.
